Sabatino Pizzolante, Maritime & Commercial Lawyers in association with the Commerce Chamber of Puerto Cabello and the companies Argos Trading, Asetrami, Barwil, Grupo Avendaño, CMA CGM, Guayas del Centro, VOPAK and Venecia Ship Service made possible the edition of the comic booklet “Puerto Cabello and its City Title” with drawings of the plastic artist Edgard Lugo and texts of historian Jose Alfredo Sabatino Pizzolante. The edition of the booklet was part of a program carried out on occasion of the bicentenary of granting the title of City to the port celebrated between July and August, 2011. 10,000 thousand copies for coloring were printed and distributed among children of municipal and state schools.
