Iván Darío Sabatino Pizzolante is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad de Carabobo (Venezuela) with specialisation in Maritime Law at the School for Superior Studies of the Merchant Marine, Caracas, Venezuela. He followed a course of specialisation in International Maritime Law at the Spanish Maritime Institute (IME) and Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Spain, and later a specialisation in Commercial Arbitration at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), Caracas. He is a Partner at Sabatino Pizzolante Abogados Maritimos & Comerciales and Director of the firm Globalpandi, S.A. (P&I Correspondents). He is a member of the Venezuelan Association of Maritime Law and the Iberoamerican Institute of Maritime Law. He is a former legal advisor to the National Institute of the Aquatic and Insular Spaces (INEA). Presently he is a Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Cabello and Alternate Director of the Venezuelan Association of Maritime Law.

Mr. José Sabatino holds a law degree from the University of Carabobo (Venezuela). He attended to the University of Wales College of Cardiff, where he got an MSc in Port and Shipping Administration as well as an LL.M in Maritime Law. His experience in the field of port operators' liabilities is backed by some years working as counsel of Puerto Cabello Port Authority. Past President of the Puerto Cabello Chamber of Commerce. He is currently lecturing at the post-graduate area of the Maritime University of the Caribbean (Caracas). He is Titular Member of the Comité Maritime International (CMI), President of the Venezuelan Association of Maritime Law, Vice-President of the Venezuelan Association of Port Law, member of the Iberoamerican Institute of Maritime Law and the International Committee of Advisors of Portius (Belgian) Speaker and author of many articles on shipping and port.

Mr. Orlando Sabatino holds a law degree from the University of Carabobo. He acts mainly in civil and criminal law. He is the counsel of the Puerto Cabello National Guard, the customs police. In the past he has been President of the Puerto Cabello Bar Association.

She graduated from the University of Carabobo, Venezuela in 2019 During her career she attended conferences on Maritime and Port Law, Constitutional, Labor, Tax and Criminal Law, held at the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Cabello and the Bar Association of Carabobo State. She has completed basic and advanced English courses at FUNDAUC, University of Carabobo. Irina began as an intern at the firm, currently in charge of claims coordination, claims handling and legal writing.
